Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

About Customs Duties
Customs duties and any related taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within two business days after payment is completed, based on Japan time. Shipments cannot be processed on weekends and public holidays due to postal office closures.
Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns After Shipment
We accept cancellations and exchanges only before the item is packed. However, Once the item has been shipped, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
This refers to the actual shipment of the package, not just the "shipping notification".
If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, please contact your local postal service once the package arrives in your country. Please check the tracking information regularly.
This is because shipped items are promptly processed and transported to Japan’s customs office on the same day. Once an item reaches customs, it is nearly impossible to locate or modify it.
If you wish to cancel your order, please return the package by refusing delivery without opening it. Refunds cannot be issued for packages that show any signs of being opened.
Damages During Shipping
Please note that minor damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for compensation. If the item itself has significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
